This Cookie Policy explains how Terran Robotics, Inc. ("Terran Robotics," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the terranrobotics.org website and the Fleet Command Center platform (collectively, the "Services"). It supplements our Privacy Policy and provides specific information about cookies and your choices regarding them.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device on return visits and remember certain information about your preferences and actions. Cookies are widely used to make websites work efficiently, provide useful features, and give website owners information about how their sites are used.
In addition to traditional cookies (stored in browser storage), we also use localStorage - a browser-based storage mechanism that operates similarly to cookies but is stored locally on your device and does not expire automatically.
Terran Robotics takes a minimal approach to cookies. We use only cookies that are necessary for the Services to function, plus a small number of analytics cookies to understand how our website is used. We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.

We use server-side analytics only. We do not load third-party analytics JavaScript (such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Hotjar) on terranrobotics.org. Server logs are analyzed internally to understand aggregate traffic patterns. These logs contain IP addresses, which are truncated to the /24 subnet level before storage to reduce identifiability.
For Fleet Command Center, we collect usage event logs (page views, feature interactions, error events) server-side to help us improve the product. These events are associated with your account ID but are never shared with third parties.

When you access embedded content from third parties (for example, if we embed a video or map), those third parties may set their own cookies. We do not control third-party cookies. Currently, terranrobotics.org does not embed any third-party content that would result in third-party cookie placement. Map embeds on the contact page are rendered as image placeholders, not live iframes.
When you first visit terranrobotics.org, a cookie banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is recorded in the cookie-consent localStorage key. You can change your preference at any time by clearing this key in your browser's developer tools (see Section 5.3) or by clearing your browser's localStorage.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies (including session cookies) will prevent Fleet Command Center from functioning correctly. Blocking strictly necessary cookies on the marketing website will cause the cookie banner to reappear on each visit.
